The HeartLight Yoga Center offers yoga classes for every level, yoga for the brand new beginner to advanced yoga for the seasoned practitioner. Our teachers and therapists offer our students support and caring and meet our students where they are at. We work with them at the pace they set, so everyone feels welcome and comfortable. The HeartLight Yoga Center is unique in addition to our regular yoga classes, therapeutic classes have been designed and are offered to help support specific health challenges by utilizing targeted yoga postures and philosophies that help the mind, body and spirit come into balance. Therapeutic classes are offered for various conditions ranging from chronic pain relief to arthritis and many others. In the spirit of respecting our students' abilities and meeting them right where they are at, students have the freedom of choice to participate in private one-on-one sessions, team therapy, small group or large group classes in any combination that best suits their needs and budget, without previous requirements or commitments. Our team of teachers and therapists are highly trained and certified. All have had many hours of hands-on, advanced training in private and medical environments, such as the Cleveland Clinic.
