Heatherdowns Automotive is committed to providing our customers with value added service, to repair your automobiles right the first time, to be honest, trustworthy, and friendly to all customers. Two partners, Jim Baldwin and Bob Griggs, started Heatherdowns Automotive Service as a family owned business. They started their business in a rented building on Tedrow in 1961. A short time later they bought the property on the corner of Stengle and South Byrne Rd., its current location. They incorporated the business in 1974. Bob retired from the business in 1985.
