Our client is a leading public relations firm and they are growing in all industry verticals. This includes manufacturing, consumer, industrial, and energy clients. As a result of continued growth, we are recruiting for a true leader. Successful incumbent should be able to build and develop client relations, professional team development and work closely with the firms leadership on new business initiatives. Ideal individual will have experience in developing and implementing B2B and B2C public relations programs.

Because we specialize in finding exceptional talent, our senior leadership knows how to connect with these candidates on the phone, capture their interest, and convince them to meet with us face-to-face—even when they are not initially looking for a new opportunity.

Having developed a strong relationship with client and candidate, we continue to function as an advisor to both parties. Because we value above all our relationship with clients, we have no interest in encouraging them to hire talent that doesn’t meet their needs or in trying to persuade candidates to accept positions that aren’t right for them.
