More Photos... Dear Friends of Education, This fall we celebrated 16 years of progress for the Orange County Hispanic Education Endowment Fund, HEEF. To date, more than 1,100 scholarships have been awarded to college-bound youth. These scholarships support specific college majors and professional school as well as private K-12 education. Students are completing not only the bachelor’s degree but also advanced degrees and professional school. Thanks and appreciation goes to the Orange County Community Foundation for managing the endowment funds, and for supporting and enabling our mission. The fiscal oversight and general management has played a significant role in HEEF’s success these past sixteen years. The Fund represents synergy throughout the county.
