Founded originally by Bill Heffner, a former model, the agency is currently enjoying its 23rd year in business and has a worldwide reputation for producing outstanding fashion models. Many of these models were discovered and developed by Heffner before entering the major markets of New York, Paris, and Milan. Our track record stands for itself.
