Our clients range from residential and commercial developers, redevelopment agencies, to public and private schools, universities, and public works. Heider Engineering Services, Inc. is a privately owned business with a full service laboratory and is is registered and certified with the US Small Business Administration (SBA) as a woman-owned Small Business Enterprise (WBE). The company was founded in 1996 by Dennis W. Heider, RCE and since it's inception has been involved in a wide variety of major construction projects. Our construction inspectors are trained as soil technicians and certified by the American Concrete Institute (ACI). Additionally, we have a qualified staff of inspectors who are certified in the discipline of concrete, prestressed concrete, masonry, structural steel and fireproofing by the International Code Council (ICC).
