With more than 27 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries throughout South Texas, Helen is one of San Antonio’s top-producing mortgage consultants. Her integrity, work ethic, and people skills have provided the foundation for her success. Helen is a preacher’s daughter, and a native Texan. She holds a Bachelor’s in Education and an M.Ed. in Educational Communication, both from The University of Hawaii at Honolulu. She has lived in San Antonio since 1989.

Linda has been in the mortgage industry since 1985. She loves working with her clients, takes a great deal of pride in problem-solving and the detail that is required in this industry. Her experience in the mortgage and real estate fields gives her special insight into working with clients to assure a successful outcome meeting their long and short term goals. When Helen Bernatek, Branch Manager, envisioned a Reverse Mortgage Specialty for her office, there was only one person that she considered to lead it – that was Linda.
