Our primary Data Science research goals are to enhance the intelligence of health monitoring systems, to enable our customers to make more informed decisions and take meaningful actions at the right time. Established in 2005, the Company's Data Science Team uses mathematics and algorithmic techniques in order to solve complex health monitoring problems, often working with live field data in order to uncover hidden data features that are not possible to identify using conventional techniques.

Helitune's commitment to Customer Service is achieved through a dedicated team of specialists located in the UK, Germany and USA. Services include customer specified training, consultation on suitable upgrade paths and a full repair and calibration service for all Helitune products. Our Flight Engineers are able to provide the support you need where you need it. Whether in our training facilities or in the field we are able to customise engineering solutions to your operational requirements. Recent projects further demonstrate our capabilities and continued commitment to our customer.

From Sensor to Integrated Vehicle Health Management (IVHM) system development, Helitune has a wealth of experience and knowledge in these area to meet your monitoring needs. We strive to make on-board Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS) more accessible to the wider helicopter community, including Search & Rescue (S&R), Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Police and VIP helicopter applications.

Helitune Customer Services have dedicated engineering teams at their Repair and Calibration facilities located in the UK, Germany and USA. Each team consists of qualified technicians who are fully experienced in the repair and calibration of Helitune products. The Rotortuner product line meets tight Defence Standards and to maintain these high standards all required repairs should be sent to Helitune directly or to an approved Helitune Service Centre only. Helitune hold replacement parts at the UK, Germany and USA facilities. Items can be packed and shipped worldwide at short notice.
