The Archbishop Iakovos Leadership 100 Endowment Fund was established in 1984 under the guidance of Archbishop Iakovos. The fund was established as a separate entity to support the priority needs of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America and is dedicated to advancing the Orthodox faith and Hellenic ideals in America. Leadership 100 members, in cooperation with the Archdiocese and School officials, have worked over the years to support the School financially.

Men who hold the Master of Divinity degree or its equivalent from a non-Orthodox Theological School and have received ministerial ordination prior to their reception into the Orthodox Church who wish to be candidates for the holy priesthood in the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese must have at least two years of living experience in a Greek Orthodox parish prior to their acceptance as seminarians of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese. They must also complete three years of study at Holy Cross. The Holy Cross degree program will be tailored to meet individual needs.

The Ambassador program was designed to provide a group of carefully selected students invaluable field education opportunities in youth, young adult and parish ministry while simultaneously strengthening relationships with parishes and metropolises and thereby increasing awareness of our beloved school throughout the country. The Ambassadors meet monthly with the Dean of Student Life to prepare Orthodox Life session material and icebreakers and to be trained in the varied complexities of modern youth ministry.

At Hellenic College Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, our mission is to prepare men and women for leadership by creating an environment that fosters growth in knowledge, faith, and service. We work to cultivate these virtues in every student at our School. Pursuing a degree at Hellenic College Holy Cross is a rigorous and challenging academic exercise; it is a dynamic experience of growing in knowledge.
