Mr. Bobb has knowledge and experience in the areas of construction safety, hazardous materials, environmental management, fire and life safety protection, and health, safety, and environmental program development, training and management. Mr. Bobb's experience in the field of construction safety has given him the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of how to protect life, property and environment.

Mr. Luffman has knowledge and experience in the areas of manufacturing safety, hazardous materials and hazardous waste program management, fire protection and life safety systems design and health and safety program development, training and management. Mr. Luffman has implemented programs to effectively reduce employee injuries with award-winning results. With an excellent mechanical background, Mr. Luffman has an understanding of equipment design that has proven to be beneficial when resolving machine guarding or ergonomic concerns.

H&A develops and delivers training for specific OSHA workplace safety standards and customizes safety-training programs to meet the specific needs of your company. Whether your needs include on-site training for employees or classroom education for management and safety personnel, our safety professionals will focus and define your company’s training and development needs in the areas of workplace safety and health. Prior to joining Hellman & Associates, Inc., Ms. Luna had 3 years of experience as an Industrial Hygienist and safety professional with OSHA Consultation and private consultation. As a safety & health consultant, Ms. Luna provided safety & health management services to a variety of industries including; manufacturing, metal fabrication, woodworking, grain elevators, grain mills, landscape and mulching facilities, machining shops, shooting ranges, food and beverage processing, medical clinics, research laboratories, construction, and more.
