Ken Jubeck, PE is the Vice President of Operations for Industrial Solutions. Ken joined Industrial Solutions in 2000 and offers more than 30 years of experience in Facility Engineering and Operations. He continues to provide Engineering, Equipment Startup, and Commissioning Services to Industrial Solutions clients and other Helm Group companies.

Conmat is the premier supplier of limestone aggregates throughout Northwest Illinois. Through a combination of strategic quarry locations, efficient use of production equipment, well trained crews, and an award winning quality control and safety programs, Conmat is a leader in the Illinois aggregate producers community.

The company was founded in 1946 as Freeport Blacktop Construction Company and originally paved city and county roads with seal coat. Between 1950 and the late 1960s, the company began performing asphalt paving, underground utilities, and structural concrete work. As the company developed more expertise in the heavy civil market, they changed their name to Civil Constructors. The company became a major builder of highway structures in the Midwest and also constructed large municipal treatment plants.

Stan Zuravel, PE, President of Industrial Solutions, brings 30 years of facilities engineering experience to the Helm Group. Stan has extensive design experience in healthcare, commercial, and manufacturing facilities as well as energy systems. Stan holds professional engineering registration in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Colorado, California, and the District of Columbia.
