Helmet Fire, Inc. is not your typical consulting firm: We believe in what we're doing --- or we don't do it. We're committed to making things work --- we don't play the "hit and get" game. We focus on real world solutions --- not esoteric platitudes that might sound good, but do little to help the operator level people that we work with. We understand that we might not be a good fit for everyone --- so we work hard at explaining our processes and philosophies right up front. What's our current area of emphasis? Developing operator-friendly data collection, data analysis and data reporting systems is what we're focusing on for the near future. Based on the successes we've had in working with the pilots, aircrewmen, and maintainers associated with five US Navy helicopter squadrons, we believe that our approach to identifying mishap hazards, safety threats and operational issues is something for which there will be numerous other military and civilian applications. Company Info: Incorporated as a one person shop in September 2000, Helmet Fire has grown to a core of full-time employees plus a network of associates available on an as-needed basis. Our current areas of expertise are derived from individuals with backgrounds in naval aviation, corporate risk management, training, cognitive psychology, software development, human data collection and data analysis, plus others.
