Helms Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., has been serving the needs of Charlotte area residents and businesses for over two decades. They are a family-owned business, presently owned and operated by the second and third Helms generations. They take pride in their advances in technology, and their professional and courteous employees. Helms Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. began as the vision of one man, Morrison Helms, who opened a small metal fabrication shop in 1979. Although small, he established the company's missions providing customers with quality workmanship at competitive prices. In 1986, Morrison's son Steve joined the company with great initiative to improve all aspects of the business. They had become one of the largest heating and air conditioning companies with the addition of the Residential New Construction & Service Departments, never sacrificing their quality. In 1997, Steve's son, Chris Helms came to work to fill the void left by his grandfather's retirement. Although it has been 25 years since the foundation of Helms Heating & Air Conditioning, Steve and Chris continue to instill the emphasis on quality craftsmanship to their employees. With their enthusiasm still strong and their ethics old-fashioned, they persist to offer the best products and services to insure customer satisfaction.
