Help of Ojai was originally established at Little House in 1979 at 111 W. Santa Ana St. Ojai, next to City Hall, as a center of community programs and activities. Additionally, Help operates a well stocked Thrift Store and an exemplary social Community Assistance Program at 108 and 212 Fox Street respectively. In 2006, the County of Ventura granted HELP our new Help of Ojai, Baldwin Road Facility, previously the County of Ventura Honor Farm jail facility, at 370 W. Baldwin Road (Highway 150) which is being transformed from "Jail to Jewel". Leveraging these multiple facilities, HELP of Ojai is expanding its auxiliary programs, services, social, and educational activities that serve and enrich the lives of a multitude of individuals and families in the Ojai Valley.
