The HelpDesk Connect is a service of CGI-Research, the wholly owned subsidiary of Eastwright Corporation. The company has been established in 1999 by Alexander Pavlov after his leaving Sequent Computer Systems (was later acquired by IBM), where he held position of Regional Managing Director for Customer Service Operations. The CGI-Research provides e-commerce solutions for small business since 1999. We specialize in billing, credit card processing and customer care software. The company is known as a publisher of popular e-commerce packages Accounts Online, Campaign Analyzer, HelpDesk Online and RegisterMe. For more details on these titles please visit our corporate site. The HelpDesk Connect is a 3rd generation of customer service software from the CGI-Research. This is a first package what was built using our WebSite Engine, innovative software we are using for development of feature rich business web sites. The HelpDesk Connect is not an upgrade to our older customer service solutions. The software has been written from the ground up by original HelpDesk Online development team. The carefully crafted features of HelpDesk Connect are based on our experience gathered through years of providing technical support worldwide and invaluable feedback kindly offered by our customers.
