BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST - AUTISM SCHOOL - F.T. - Full-Time Position Open. Terrific Opportunity to join a creative, innovative interdisciplinary TEAM! We are looking for an energetic individual who enjoys variety and works well independently and with a team; who has experience working with children with autism. Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)or eligible for certification within one year.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROVIDER (DSP - RESIDENTIAL) - F.T. - Seeking Direct Support Providers (DSP) to provide life skills training for adults with developmental disabilities living in the community. PT and FT openings: evening, overnight and weekend hours. This is a great opportunity for new graduates to gain experience in the social service field. No experience required - training will be provided. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED; must be at least 23 years of age and possess a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record for Pace driver certification.

PRODUCTION LEAD - F.T. - The Helping Hand Center is seeking an experienced Production Lead for its vocational training program for adults with disabilities at its facility in La Grange, Illinois. To be considered, the person we seek must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have at least 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, and have a working knowledge of quality control procedures, inventory control, and estimating production outcomes.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS SPECIALIST - F.T. - Helping Hand Center is seeking a Community Relations Specialist skilled at cultivating business relationships with community employers to promote the hiring of people with disabilities. This program is licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services and provides supervision on a full-time basis. Under the direction of the program supervisor and in accordance with state agency policies and procedures, the Community Relations Specialist is responsible for the support, training and services coordination of the individuals served.
