For over 40 years, Helping Hand Services, Inc. has been serving Alabama's families by providing compassionate, high-quality home care. We are a locally owned and operated Companion Sitting Service Registry and the oldest Sitting Services registry in the area. Our good standing reputation has been built based on our commitment to every client, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care, services, and support.

The first step to ensure that your loved one receives the care they need is to ensure we have a clear understanding of exactly what type of Sitting services are needed. We then develop a profile of services needed and will "match up" a sitter with our client based on that profile. Once the sitter is in place, we maintain contact with that sitter and with our client and/or our client's family through personal communication.

We provide care for our clients with compassion, understanding, skill, and dependability. The extensive list of services that we offer enables you to feel comfortable and trust in our care of your family member. Our staffing counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring our clients have access to round-the-clock support.
