This website belongs to Cynthia R. Schmidt, MS in Counseling from Creighton University, and a 1992 graduate of the American College of Hypnosis; Certified Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.Cynthia has been a professional educator since 1978 and is currently a school counselor. She also maintains an active counseling practice in northeast Iowa. Cynthia became interested in hypnotherapy through her professional journals and in 1992 allowed a fellow counselor to help her get rid of her smoking habit.Since completing her training with Dr. Greg States, the director of the American College of Hypnosis, Cynthia has actively used hypnosis to help her clients take control of their lives. Over a thousand people have benefited from her ability to create and deliver hypnotic scripts that allow their subconscious minds to change their lives through positive suggestions.
