Phyllis Gillespie has been a partner of the law firm of Laws Scott & Gillespie since 2013 and previously with Gary, Williams, Parenti et al, for over 17 years. She handles complex civil litigation. She is the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Contract and Entertainment Law and a Dean's Award for copyright. She is licensed in both Florida and Tennessee and is a member of the Florida, Tennessee and National Bar Associations. Additionally, Phyllis is active in the community and civic organizations.

Providing comprehensive local services for infants, children, youth, young adults and families whose lives are touched by Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) is our mission at Helping People Succeed.

At Helping People Succeed our mission is to provide opportunities and choices that help children, families and adults improve their quality of life through education, training and employment.

Pioneer Occupational Center for the Handicapped, Inc. founded in 1964 by a group of parents who wanted their sons and daughters with intellectual disabilities to do more than watch television at home all day by themselves!

With the establishment of the Children’s Services Councils in Martin (1988) and St. Lucie (1990) counties, services for children blossomed. We began to provide services for children who are at risk. The Healthy Families program provides abuse and neglect prevention; BRAIN (Building Readiness among Infants Now) a universal program for all parents of newborns in Martin and St. Lucie County! Currently our children’s program serves more than 4,500 families annually!
