Here at Hemsley Fraser our team of former Federal employees are each qualified and accomplished with more than 20 years of experience in Federal HR each. As the Federal government continues to change at a rapid pace, Hemsley Fraser reamins up-to-date on the latest policy changes in the OPM Bulletin. This is espcially crucial during times of political change and transition.

Hemsley Fraser was founded in 1991 by Iain Fraser Lovett. Our values and philosophy are shaped by the beliefs of his father, Wynne Hemsley Fraser Lovett, who pioneered the internationally acclaimed Oxford Executive Development Seminars of the late 70’s. A forerunner of the executive programs now delivered by many leading international business schools, emphasis was centered on the inherent link between people performance (skills, knowledge and behaviors) and organizational success. Today, Hemsley Fraser is led by Todd Turner, who took over from Iain Lovett as CEO in January 2011.
