Description

Dick has been in the contract industry for over 20 years, equipped with a degree in Communications from the University of Kansas, and is responsible for management oversight in the Minnesota marketplace. He worked for Allsteel for 12 years as Regional Vice President. Since leaving Allsteel, Dick has held positions with Dayton's Commercial Interiors where he was Vice President of Client Services and most recently General Manager/Vice President of Resource Minnesota, owned by Interface.

Russell has been in the contract furniture industry for 22 years and been an asset to Henricksen for 11 years. After graduating from Miami University, Russell joined Knoll in their executive management program. He has extensive experience working with both Henricksen and directly for manufacturers such as Knoll, Bernhardt, and Bentley. He has been involved with projects ranging in scope from national standards of products and services to evaluation of existing furniture and single project opportunities. Russell was appointed Executive Vice President in June, 2011.
