Hercules Design Build is a remodeling/restoration company that excels at residential and small commercial projects of all sizes. Our hallmarks are attention to the details that make a project special, from custom built-in storage and woodwork, to expert space planning maximizing functional square footage. With a background in Architecture and an out-of-the-box style of thinking, we do not seek to limit our clients to certain standard options, but rather are eager to stretch ourselves into new territory to provide the most innovative solutions to whatever challenge you may bring.

Established in 2007, Hercules Design Build was founded to bring creative design solutions and the highest quality craftsmanship together in one client centered company. Our approach is to begin by listening to the client’s particular needs, desires and ideas. We may then do a bit of brainstorming, seeking to find innovative ways of looking at the project within the context of the particular space and budget. No two clients are the same and no two projects are the same, so it follows that no two solutions will be the same.

If you already have an architect or designer and are just looking for a contractor to complete the construction of your project, we can handle that as well. We have experience working with other architects and because of our design background, you and your design professional can be assured that Hercules Design Build understands the importance of building true to the design intent because we know that the “details make the difference”!

Nowhere to go but out or up? At Hercules Design build, we have experience with both. Building an addition can be an intimidating process, but we try to simplify it by working with our clients from the initial conceptual idea phase, all the way through until the last switch plate is screwed in place. Having one point of contact means there are no problems with communication between architect and builder, or builder and crew so delays and extra costs are kept to a minimum.
