Production Based Rapid Results Oriented Methodology: Worked 18 separate 8-week Process Improvement Projects within a Business Process Reengineering directive, that included C-5, C-130, C-141 & F-15 aircraft and avionics systems that ran the gambit from ALQ-172 (Airborne Electronic Countermeasure) to the MPCD (F-15 Multi Purpose Color Display); HEROing compiled verified savings of $300K per aircraft and an overall Program savings of $30M. Far More Implemented Deliverables than settling for 6S or a “Do-Its List ” at the end of an 8-week project. Validated Enhancements: Each of the above 18 efforts averaged a validated return on investment (ROI) for each project of 14:1 or a return of $14 for every $1 invested. Sustainment was verified in a 6-month follow-on that yielded an unheard of 21:1 ROI for the entire Program.
