Hess Tire & Automotive in Monroe, NC is special because we truly care about our customers and that they have a pleasant experience when they visit our shops. We are family owned and opened our first location in 2004 with the second to follow in 2009. We treat our customers like they were our family, we stand behind our products and service and we are very competitive in our pricing. We try to sell only what’s needed at the time. We also tell the customer what may be needed in the future and let them make the decision. We don’t “force sell” anything.
