Hessel & Associates, L.L.C. gathers the data needed to prepare a pension plan proposal. The goal of this proposal is to maximize the client's tax position while accomplishing his/her retirement needs. After careful evaluation and consultation with the principals of the company and the client's tax and legal professionals, a decision is made regarding the type of plan or plans that best fulfill the client's objectives. Hessel & Associates, L.L.C. prepares a custom plan document and submits it to the Internal Revenue Service for review and approval. We continue to monitor our clients' plans as new pension laws are enacted.
