We Formed Hestia to fill a unique and growing niche in the housing and retail market. Today, many communities are challenged with issues of urban sprawl. Increasingly home buyers are looking for more than just 4 walls. They want to make their homes in an environment that offers a sense of community. Places that are affordable, safe and inviting. In response to this need, we are focusing our time and energy on creating mixed use micro communities. At Hestia we consider the needs of the home buyer and the community first. As good corporate citizens we want to create micro communities that build around the bedrock of our American values. Our teamof professionals work with land owners and municipalities to prepare and approve land for development. once final approvals have been obtained our construction teams go to work. We like to keep the development life cycle of our projects within a 24 month window.
