HEXATRON ENGINEERING has been in operation since 1982. We can handle your design and fabrication needs quickly and economically. Our Quality Control procedures are approved by the Department of Defense, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace Corp., and the FAA. Since 1988 we have been a licensee of Boeing Aircraft Co., as well as an approved supplier. Although our primary product - air crew seats - is used on the DC 10 and DC 9 Cabin Attendant & Crew Seats, we can modify or manufacture any aircraft seat to a TSO. Designing and building prototype machinery such as labor-saving automation and unique handling equipment, is another aspect of Hexatron's capabilities. If you use aluminum molds you should explore the possibility of HEXALITE, a proprietary treatment which could save you both in matter and labor costs.
