Description

Drew's birthday was on January 23rd, but I believe we were partying all month! Sharon & Vaughn, Brian's parents, came earlier in the month and stayed for a few days. We spent one day at the California Natural Science Museum. It's a nice museum downtown that has lots of stuffed (read preserved) animals and a small aquarium, which Drew loved! The first weekend we all headed up to Tahoe, along with our friends Martin & Aki, for a fantastic weekend with fresh snow and grandparents to watch the little man. We got in 1 days of good skiing/boarding. Sharon & Vaughn stayed for the week in Tahoe while Drew started his first days at daycare (3 days a week). He loves every minute of it! Then my Mom came and prepped for Drew's first birthday party. Mom made and decorated his cake she did a fabulous job! Even though a few of Drew's little friends couldn't make it because of sickness, we had a great day. Thanks for those who were here to share in the fun and those that sent their well-wishes...
