Extractable - Director of Client Services - (August 2002 - Present) Charged with recruiting, training and leading the Client Services team for Extractable. At Extractable the Client Services team is responsible for delivering best-in-class web applications and websites as well as constantly reviewing and improving the project delivery process. AtreNet - Account Director - (September 2001 - August 2002) Responsible for managing and developing AtreNet's largest accounts as well as business development support and proposal writing. Lucent Technologies - Intranet Site Manager (Consultant) - (February 2001 to August 2001) The Lucent Worldwide Services intranet was built to support 32,000 employees in 5 business units, spread across 6 continents. As the Project Manager for this effort, I was responsible for creating the processes and leading the team that built the first version of this site on a Microsoft platform. I also collaborated in the requirements and scope-building phase of the move to Vignette. QuinStreet, Incorporated - Director of Web Production / Executive Producer - (March 2000 to January 2001) As Director, I built a team of producers, programmers and designers to create 20 new ecommerce websites a year. These sites were responsible for over $750,000.00 in sales in the first quarter following their launch. ISL Consulting - Senior Producer - (April 1999 to March 2000) Responsibilities included managing the overall project development process, from kick-off to post-mortem. Completed over $1.5 million in projects during my tenure at ISL. Fatbrain.com - Web Producer - (June 1998 to April 1999) Responsible for the Training and Certification area of the site. During my time at Fatbrain.com I came up with several features that are still being used on the site. ONE TOUCH Systems - (April 1996 - May 1998) Sr. Information Developer/Project Manager - (October 1996 - May 1998) -Revised and updated existing manuals. As patch and interim software releases were created, revised the manuals to reflect the changes in the new release and wrote the new document plans and made the revisions for three manuals. - SKILLS
