Our physicians and support staff welcome you to Hickory Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Center. Dr. Joseph Fewell began his practice in 1984 and was joined by Dr. Steven Siciliano in 1993. They have served men, women and children in a variety of settings. In July, 2008 we welcomed Dr. George R. Jennings to our practice. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, and completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. Dr. Jennings has been published in numerous medical journals and is fluent in American Sign Language. Our compassionate staff is trained to meet your needs in a professional and confidential manner.
