Higdon, Inc. has a long history of providing office equipment sales and service to business clients. Higdon was founded as a typewriter repair service in 1909. In the 1960's Higdon moved to Maryland Avenue and expanded its business to general office equipment sales and service. As Higdon's involvement with office products evolved, it was a natural decision in the mid-80's to become involved with personal computers, networking and network services. In addition to a staff responsible for repairing general business machines, we have an entire department dedicated to maintaining, designing and building computers and supporting client systems. Higdon's involvement with computers is much more than simply repairing them when they break. We assume responsibility for the complete system. In July 2006 Higdon moved to it's present location in Timonium Maryland and partnered with Graymar Business Solutions in an effort to provide the most complete business solutions available today. Graymar and Higdon support over 300 clients on Novell and Microsoft networks. Our experience with Novell goes back to early NetWare versions 2.0a and ELS Level 1 and extends through NetWare 3.x and 4.x to the current NetWare products. We also sell and support Microsoft Windows networks through Windows Server 2003 R2.
