At High Fly Cheer Center, we strive to bring out the full potential in every one of our athletes. Through professional instruction, from coaches that genuinely love the sport of cheerleading, every student that walks in the door receives the best that cheerleading has to offer. Nothing is more important to us than seeing to it that our athletes learn, and progress to be strong cheerleaders, strong athletes and most importantly strong people. High Fly began its journey in May of 2002. Our first tryout consisted of only eight girls, but quickly grew to a squad of twenty. Our first season was full of ups and downs as we fought to get the program off the ground. Practicing out of Chalkville Gymnastics, a local gymnastics gym, we put together a very successful first season placing very well in regional and national competitions. After only one season, our program was no longer one squad. After tryouts we learned we were now dealing with four squads. With the program growing rapidly, we were out of time and out of space at our current location. A short search and a lot of praying brought us to a new location and a building suitable for our needs not to far away in Trussville. High Fly Cheer Center was born and a dream was finally realized. Today, our gym has grown to be recognized as a force to be reckoned with, on the local, and national levels.
