Our company was founded in 2005 to help our clients improve direct communication. Since that time, we've expanded our product lines from mass and targeted notification , to testing and the development of mobile technology apps .

Timothy McCarrell is the Founder, President and CEO of Birmingham, Alabama-based High Ground Solutions, Inc. A “career-entrepreneur”, McCarrell has a passion for developing innovative technology solutions for key vertical markets and has done so for over 20 years.

High Ground Solutions is a nation-wide provider of emergency notification and rapid alert systems for schools, colleges, corporations, and organizations. With several years of experience under our belts and delivering millions of messages every month, our clients benefit from our solid, tried and tested, proprietary technology that is "always on". Equally important to our technology is our knowledgeable support team that is there to help our clients get the maximum benefits when using our products.

As an accredited professional communicator, Mitch Edwards has worked with many of North America's top public and private companies. Before joining High Ground Solutions in 2009, Mitch served for nearly a decade as the director of communication for the Alabama Department of Education. He also headed Marketing Programs for Sonat Energy Services (now Kinder Morgan) and developed communications and business strategies for Regions Financial Corporation and EBSCO Industries, Inc.
