Academic Services at High Point University strives to foster the academic growth and development of all High Point University students. It’s mission is to provide a comfortable, supportive environment that encourages intellectual and personal growth for students who are both utilizing and providing academic services. Through collaboration with the Academic Development department and the entire campus community, academic services endeavors to support individual students in achieving their academic goals.

Founded in 1924, HPU is an 89-year-old liberal arts institution located in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina.

HIGH POINT, N.C., June 27, 2014 – High Point University’s department for Institutional Advancement recently hired Erica Wuorio as an assistant director of student philanthropy. Responsibilities in her new job include overseeing HPU’s student philanthropy support, including the SeniorClass Gift.

The mission of the Office of Study Abroad is to provide accessible international educational experiences aimed to meet students’ individual goals, and to develop their intercultural skill-set.
