High Sierra Energy, LP, a subsidiary of NGL Energy Partner LP (NYSE:NGL) , is a midstream energy company founded in 2004. We are based in Denver, Colorado and operate businesses in the energy industry. We are a leading gatherer, transporter and marketer of crude oil and NGLs (Natural Gas Liquids) and a growing provider of oilfield water and wastewater handling and disposal services. Additionally, we lease wellhead compression equipment. We have experienced significant growth in our core operations since our inception through a series of organic growth initiatives and business acquisitions.

Greg Blais joined High Sierra in March 2012 and is responsible for developing potential business opportunities from inception through to construction and integration. He manages a team of project managers, engineers and market analysts who work across all of High Sierra’s business units. Mr. Blais is a Colorado registered Professional Engineer with over 18 years of experience in both the design and construction of large scale infrastructure projects including pipelines, terminals and industrial wastewater treatment facilities.

Bill Laughlin joined High Sierra, LP in August 2012 as Senior Vice President General Counsel & Secretary. He has over 40 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining High Sierra, Mr. Laughlin served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Evergreen Energy Corp., which was a Denver based NYSE Arca public company.
