High Tech Construction, Inc. has a proud history that dates back over 20 years ago, to the mid-1980s when its founder, Joe Dalomba, became an independent contractor working on behalf of people who were referred to him because of his work ethic, competitive pricing and the quality of his completed projects. His reputation as a knowledgeable sub-contractor in the building trades and plumbing and heating fields quickly propelled him forward. In 1987, High Tech Construction, Inc. was born.
