At Highland Property Management, it is our goal to effectively manage and provide quality housing to our residents while satisfying the objectives of our property owner clients. Highland Property Management offers several apartment styles in a diverse collection of communities across Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota. Focusing on multi-family affordable housing, we provide tax credit housing (LIHTC) and market rate communities for families and seniors (55+).
Paula brings approximately 18 years of varied experience in property management which involved conventional and affordable properties in AR, TX, CO and now Cheyenne. Paula’s experience includes a homeowner association (HOA) management and various retail positions, Paula brings a depth of experience and poise to our Rolling Rock Apartment community in Cheyenne.
Tim and his family moved to Wyoming from Gaylord, Michigan in 2008. He has a background in residential construction and has experience in home construction specializing in masonry work. He was employed as a maintenance manager as a resident at Foothill Apartments in Gillette before he was hired as a part time maintenance technician by Highland in June 2009. Tim was promoted to full time maintenance manager position in Casper in September 2010 and returned to Gillette in 2013.
Christin joined the Highland Property Management team in March of 2010 and currently manages 192 units spanning the Bitterroot valley. Prior to working in Montana, Christin had 5 years of property management experience in the State of Washington. This included a LIHTC lease-up of 152 units along with the development and application of new Policies & Procedures for Key Property Services, as well as creating and managing successful resident retention programs.
