In 1988, Highliner Charter Fishing started with a charter on Lake George, NY. I knew then that my lot in life was to take people fishing, so, after graduation from the University of Buffalo, I turned my hobby and passion into a full time career. I saw Lake George as a perfect opportunity; beautiful with scenery and plentiful with fish. With state of the art electronics and tackle, we are able to catch Lake Trout, Atlantic Landlocked Salmon and Bass. Using the ultimate in light line angling and custom Highliner rods, we have created a fishing experience unique only to Highliner Charter Fishing. Soon after, with the incredible growth of Highliner Charters, we realized the need for larger, more luxurious boats. I then purchased my second and third charter boats, fully equipped with private bathroom facilities and a comfortable atmosphere, making Highliner Charter Fishing the largest charter fleet on Lake George. With the expansion of the business, I trained new staff to work at the level of your expectations of the finest charter fishing fleet. To help further my knowledge of different bodies of water, I gained my US Coast Guard Captain's License, making me one of the few guides on Lake George to have accomplished this title. Highliner is fully insured and licensed with over 15 years of full time experience fishing on Lake George.
