Highside Adventure Tours is a small family run outfitter that specializes in the highest quality outdoor adventures. Johnny "Highside" Cantamessa, the president of Highside Adventure Tours, spent years working for some of the largest adventure tour companies in Colorado. After years of working with large outfitters, who moved people around like cattle, Johnny became frustrated and decided to start his own company. The result was Highside Adventure Tours, a small intimate company that cares about its guests and their experiences. Our goal is to provide our guests with the best. To make your adventure as safe and pleasurable as possible, we use only the most technically advanced equipment, such as self bailing rafts, first aid equipment that is checked routinely, new type 5 life jackets, the latest model mountain bikes, and more. Our guides are fully certified in the following areas: - first aid and CPR, swift water rescue, and the State of Colorado. All of our guides go through intense training, and are committed to giving our guests a safe, pleasurable outdoor experience. Because Highside Adventure Tours is a small company, we can provide you with the intimate service you deserve. We even prepare hot, fresh meals for all of our full and multi day trips. This does cost us more, but at Highside Adventure Tours we believe food is no place to cut costs. It is important to us that every one of our guests goes home with a lasting memory of their stay with us.
