Full Management -Interview applicants and take applications to rent. -Perform all verifications and credit checks. -Collect rent monthly. -Pay all rental expenses and remit rents to owners. -Follow up on any past due rents. -Inspect properties on a semi-annual basis (inside and out.) -Arrange for necessary repairs to property up to a pre-determined dollar amount. -Send a monthly statement of income and expense.
