Innovative Wealth Builders operates a call center providing financial management services. When Highwire was brought in to perform a telecom audit, IWB was already working with a telecom consultant and thought their bills were already as low as they could go. Highwire was able to negotiate IWB's long distance rate 30% lower and eliminate some surcharges, taxes and fees, which resulted in a 10k savings per month. In addition, Highwire recovered $12k in billing errors. IWB was able to keep their same carrier, Airespring.

Highwire was able to recover all billing errors for BBBS in addition to renegotiating contract details to lower monthly costs.
