Hillary's Hand Painted and Personalized Gifts was born over a dozen years ago as the result of a personal quest by Hillary Feder to find distinctive gifts for friends and family. Today, Hillary's offers an extensive collection of classic and creative gift ideas with a personal touch that leave a lasting impression. Hillary began training in the retail business at Filenes department store in Boston, and later spent seven years as a senior buyer with Dayton-Hudson department stores. Although she left retailing to raise a family, her retirement was short-lived. While searching for imaginative gifts to celebrate those special moments in life, Hillary decided she could do a better job of creating gifts that are both personal and memorable. She began painting juvenile designs on t-shirts, baby bottles, and other functional items to give as gifts for birthdays, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, graduation, births, and other special occasions...
