This HireStrategy client, a top consulting firm in DC, is seeking a recruiting assistant to support the recruiting team with all hiring for the regional office. This position will also be responsible for campus hiring at regional schools and developing strategic marketing plans to attract potential new hires.

HireStrategy provides human resources professionals to fill direct hire positions and contract roles. We provide candidates with experience in strategic HR, organizational development, recruiting, compliance, training, on-boarding, personnel and performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, and HR analytics.
