Description
An Ohio native in a Hoosier habitat, Karissa came to Indiana to attend Butler University. After graduating in 2012, she joined the Hirons team as an account coordinator to pursue her ambitions in the advertising industry. Through her tenure at Hirons, she has worked with CEO Tom Hirons as his executive assistant and also served as traffic coordinator. Currently, her responsibilities include facilitating client work and coordinating daily tasks for a variety of clients.
As Executive Creative Director, Tom brings more than 25 years of creative experience to the Hirons team. What began in a Chicago advertising agency’s mail room in 1986 has sprung into a career garnering significant national recognition for his creative work. As our lead writer, Tom is dedicated to making sure Hirons is pushing boundaries and keeping its clients on their toes. In Tom’s words, he enjoys working “for a company that supports the idea that you don’t have to be an ass to do good advertising.” We couldn’t agree more.
Jane is a vice president and director of print production for Hirons, making certain that all print projects including estimating, purchasing and vendor relations are of the highest quality standards. While she initially graduated from IU in the School of Education, Jane quickly found her passion at Hirons. During the past 30+ years, Jane has worked with Hirons’ top clients, recently including Eskenazi Health, City of Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Airport Authority.
Hirons office is arranged in an open design to provide the best format for discussion and collaboration, including the latest state-of-the-art technology, multiple conference rooms, private and shared work spaces, a focus group room complete with a two-way mirror, and an expansive rooftop lounge perfect for parties, barbecues and stunning views of Downtown Indianapolis.
In 2008, Hirons moved its Indianapolis headquarters into redesigned facilities at 422 E. New York St. Our two-story building, dating back to 1910, was remodeled to provide optimal conditions for Hirons’ expanding operations.
