Founded in the year 2000, Hispanic Connections Inc. was the first company in the state that focused on reaching the Hispanic market through research, seminars, Cinco de Mayo Festival, and publishing the Official South Carolina Hispanic Business Directory. We provide a broad range of services that help Hispanics integrate and excel in today’s working society. Our members are long-standing business individuals who are involved in providing services and creating opportunities for growth.

We are celebrating our thirteenth year of providing interpretation and translation services, advising on creative marketing and offering courses of Spanish and English as a second language. We publish, electronically, the South Carolina Hispanic Business Directory, offer business seminars and promote the annual Cinco de Mayo Festival in Columbia.

Our Company offers Spanish and English courses as a second language to companies and individuals that are looking to do business and need to communicate successfully. They are designed to meet the needs of our clients based on their own industry. This is a great way for companies to communicate with Hispanics and vice versa, or just simply, to take a great vacation to a foreign country.

Native of Bolivia, South America. Mr. Peñaranda comes from the insurance industry and has over 25 years of experience in investments and insurance. His proven techniques developing marketing organizations have been highly recognized by some of the largest insurance companies in the United States. He is the owner, President and C.E.O. of Hispanic Connections, Inc.

Born in Bogota, Colombia. She has extensive experience in business management, overseeing operations including buying and selling, accounting, payroll and customer service. She teaches Spanish and English as a second language, she is the office administrator, the co-owner and board member of Hispanic Connections, Inc.
