We are headquartered in Norwalk, CT and are wholly owned by Hitachi Capital Corporation, Tokyo, Japan. Our parent was founded in 1957 as a subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd., and has become one of the leading financial institutions in Japan.

Insurance and Protection Services: Hitachi is always working to enhance our service ability to our customers. In addition to our finance and lease programs we are pleased to offer a variety of comprehensive vehicle insurance and protection programs for the qualified buyer. Our program includes GAP coverage, which protects your interest if your insurance settlement does not cover the outstanding balance on your lease or loan after a total loss or un-recovered theft. We also provide Physical Damage and Liability Insurance coverage for qualified buyers.
