Description

HOFFMAN ARCHITECTURE is located in the quiet Village of Boalsburg Pennsylvania 4 miles from State College and The Pennsylvania State University. In 1973, Robert Hoffman began his practice in a two story “Little Brick” adjacent to Duffy’s Tavern in Boalsburg. In the early years the practice focused upon mainly residential construction although a few civic projects earned the firm the "Centre Region Conscientious Award" for community improvement. From that humble beginning and over the next 30 years, Robert Hoffman Architecture has expanded in project definition and scope of work. We are now focusing on many significant Region and University projects. Over that period of time, Hoffman Architecture has employed and trained a number of young aspiring architects in the business of Architecture, each participating in the total process from initial design to construction administration. At Hoffman Architecture a truly team approach to problem solving is exercised. The office, presently located in one of the first structures in Boalsburg (cira 1820) reflects a contrast
