We are a company that builds musical instrument electronics. Our intent is to be a craft guild with the focus on quality. This simply means that each product that leaves the shop is signed by the builder and constructed to the best of his or her ability. Nobody wants to apologize for second-rate work or be associated with a company that doesn t have the customer s satisfaction at the top of its priority list. Of course any fool can make claims of greatness, but consciously focusing on quality is another story. We re sure it will be take a lot of effort, and we relish the challenge. The fact is there are plenty of businesses that are content to crank out the same tired and mundane goods and services. Making a living is not the problem. Making a well-crafted product that you are proud of and know that it s the best you can do - - that s a dream worth chasing. Providing the musician with the tools to make his or her dreams come true is our goal. With perseverance and a little luck, we will craft products that exemplify the best in tone available. Lofty plans, yes, but why not? It s about time people started paying more attention to the products they sell. Talk is cheap, and we all have a story about something we bought that was total junk. But it sure seemed like good idea at the time! Hoffman Audio is certainly not alone in its quest for quality. We just want to stay focused, and that takes effort and determination. We might even have some fun in the process...
