Description

Applicants for the Senior Planner positions should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in urban planning or a related field and five or more years of experience working with a city or county, preferably in the current planning and entitlement processing. The applicant should have project management experience, dealing with complex projects. Strong written and oral communication skills and experience in presentations before advisory bodies and/or City Councils are mandatory. Applicants must have experience in processing CEQA documents, including Environmental Impact Reports.

Applicants for the Associate Planner positions should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree inurban planning or a related field and three or more years of experience working with a city or county, preferably in the current planning and entitlement processing. Strong written and oral communicationskills and experience in presentations before advisory bodies and/or City Councils are mandatory. Applicants must have experience in processing CEQA documents.
