Description

The Holland-Springfield area is one of the fastest growing communities in Northwest Ohio. The development of office and commercial parks such as the Holland Business Center, Springdale Industrial Park, and Wolfe Creek Executive Park have attracted many new businesses to the area. Several new retail developments and restaurant establishments have rapidly expanded into the vicinity. In addition, an increasing number of residential developments offering a variety of price ranges, together with an excellent comprehensive Springfield Local School system, offer residents a pleasant place to live. The Holland-Springfield Chamber of Commerce was incorporated on October 17, 1990. Serving both the Village of Holland and Springfield Township, the Chamber strives to promote economic development and business growth by creating a favorable business climate. The Chamber also provides a united voice for businesses by making their needs known to local government officials. The Holland-Springfield Chamber of Commerce takes an active role in creating an atmosphere of pride in the community by publicizing the Holland-Springfield area. It does this through sponsorship of special events and activities throughout the year. Since it was established, the Holland-Springfield Chamber of Commerce has quickly grown and is comprised of a diverse mix of members representing many different industries.
